50/50 Fitness/Nutrition Studio Announces Move

HADLEY — 50/50 Fitness/Nutrition group exercise studio announced it is expanding its offerings and moving to a new space located at 251 Russell St., Hadley.

The new location will host a Soft Opening on Saturday, July 16, 7-11 a.m., and a grand opening on July 23, 1-3 p.m. The public is invited to attend, and reservations for classes can be made at 5050fitnessnutrition.com.

The soft opening will include tours of the facility; free drop-in fitness consultations, all morning long; a free 30-minute circuit on the outdoor fit course (7:30-8 a.m.); 60-minute spinning class (8:30-9:30 a.m.); and outdoor TRX suspension training class (10-10:45 a.m.)

The grand opening will include a BBQ in the large outdoor space, behind the studio’ an appearance from Hits 94.3 with music and giveaways; tours of the facility; free “drop-in” fitness consultations; and class demonstrations, fitness games, and fun for the whole family.

Due to overwhelming growth and response from clients for more Spinning and outdoor boot camp classes, owners Justin Killeen and Katie Lipsmeyer realized the need for a larger space.

“50/50 Fitness is a true community of people; we advocate for each other and hold each other accountable in ways you won’t find at other gyms,” said Lipsmeyer. “The evolution of our studio signifies the increasing thirst for our clients to actively participate and progress in their journeys toward health and wellness.”
