BMLH to Sponsor Second Paramedic Training Course

WARE — Baystate Mary Lane Hospital will once again partner with Donald Benoit of Quality EMS Educators, and offer its second paramedic training course of the year. It will be held at the hospital this summer and fall.

The paramedic student candidate application requirements include:

  • Certification as a basic emergency medical technician in the State of Massachusetts, working in the field for one year;
  • A letter of recommendation from an EMS director or chief;
  • A letter of recommendation from an emergency-room physician or nurse; and
  • A candidate interview.

During this training program, classes will be held at Baystate Mary Lane Hospital. The cost for the program is $6,000, to be paid in 3 installments of $2,000 each. Space is limited.
