Carbonelli Named Jewish Nursing Home Director

LONGMEADOW — Rosemary L. Carbonelli has been named executive vice president/administrator for the Julian J. Leavitt Family Jewish Nursing Home, which is part of the Jewish Geriatric Services (JGS) system of health care and residential services for elders.
Carbonelli brings many years of clinical, subacute, and long-term care experience to her new position. Prior to coming to the JGS, she was interim administrator for Mount Saint Vincent in Holyoke and Salmon Brook of Glastonbury, Conn., two long-term care facilities. Prior to that, she was administrator for the Center for Optimum Care in Westfield, Willowood of Great Barrington, and Linda Manor of Leeds.

She holds a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Evansville (Indiana) and a bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.
