Hampden County Physician Associates Announces New Ludlow Office

LUDLOW — Hampden County Physician Associates, LLC, a multi-specialty physician group, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony on the future site of its new, Ludlow-based medical facility, which will be located at 1 Moody St., about two miles from its current location at 185 West Ave.

According to Dr. Edward Ryter, the design and construction of the new, 9,000-square-foot Ludlow office is part of Hampden County Physician Associates’ commitment to providing the communities of Western Mass. with quality, convenient health care services.

“We have undertaken this project in order to increase our capabilities and enhance the care we provide the residents of Ludlow and its surrounding communities,” said Ryter. “The new building and location will allow us to offer our patients a host of benefits, including single-floor construction to improve accessibility; easier access from the towns of Ludlow, Chicopee, and Granby; and a new floor plan for greater patient ease and comfort.”

According to representatives from Hampden County Physician Associates, the organization anticipates the new Ludlow office to be completed and operational in the summer or fall of 2012.
