Spring Cleaning & Tune Up Clinic for CPAP Machines Set for April 29

WARE — For those who have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, taking care of your CPAP machine is a very important part of your daily health plan. Proper maintenance will ensure that your CPAP equipment is performing at the level that your body needs. The staff at Baystate Home Infusion & Respiratory Services will stage a Spring Cleaning and Tune Up Clinic for CPAP Machines at the Medical Retail Store located at Baystate Mary Lane Hospital, 85 South St. in Ware, on April 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. “During this special event attendees will be able to take advantage of a CPAP tune-up offered by our experienced respiratory clinicians and have their CPAP machines pressure checked,” said Paula Aritan, from the Baystate Home Infusion & Respiratory Services Medical Retail Store. “Your CPAP machine helps you to avoid the dangers associated with sleep apnea, and it’s recommended that you have your machine checked once a year to make sure that the pressure is set correctly and everything is working properly. We welcome our community members to take advantage of this tune-up clinic.” Registration is not required, walk-ins are welcome.
