TLC Staff Builders Taps Bys As Administrator

EASTHAMPTON — Donna M. Bys of Chicopee has been named administrator of TLC Staff Builders, the third-largest national home care agency.
Bys, who has more than 28 years of management experience in health care, was most recently president of Professional Relief Nurses, Inc. in Hartford. Prior to that, she held admin-istrative positions in case management, hospitals, and home health care agen-cies.

Bys holds a master’s degree in Public Administration degree with a specialization in Health Care Administration from the University of Hartford and a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Worcester State College.

TLC Staff Builders provides registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, home health workers, and speech-language pathologists to clients in their homes.
