VNA & Hospice of Northern Berkshire Completes Move

NORTH ADAMS — The Visiting Nurse Assoc. & Hospice of Northern Berkshire has moved into new offices on the campus of North Adams Regional Hospital (NARH).

“We’ve strived to make this move as seamless as possible to those we serve. This is a change in our location only,” said Wendy Dubis, executive director of the agency. “Our patients and families will continue to see the same faces and receive the same exceptional care that they have come to rely on. Just as we have for the past 100 years, we look forward to continuing to serve the community.”

The new offices are in the former doctor’s office building adjacent to the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) on the NARH campus. The entrance to the VNA & Hospice is through the main doors of the ACC. Convenient parking is available. The agency’s phone number, (413) 664-4536, is unchanged.

The VNA & Hospice was founded in 1911 and today provides a wide range of skilled nursing, parent/child health, home health aide, and rehabilitation services to hundreds of patients. Its hospice program provides a team-oriented approach to caring for the terminally ill through medical, social, spiritual, emotional, and bereavement support. The VNA & Hospice also conducts public health screenings at its offices and in Northern Berkshire communities several times each month. For more information, visit www.nbhealth.org.
