UPCOMING NEWS
New Program! We are excited to announce that we will be launching the Adult Family Living program in January 2023. This state-funded program helps frail, elderly individuals remain living in a private home rather than moving to assisted-living communities or nursing homes. The AFL program provides financial assistance and support to family members or friends who both act as primary in-home caregivers and host an elderly individual. Care recipients will receive in-home supervision, assistance with day-to-day activities, and instrumental activities of daily living. Our elderly will have the opportunity to live in a family home with care being provided by someone with whom they feel comfortable and familiar.
We Are Expanding! A Better Life Homecare is expanding to the Central Mass.
and Essex County regions. We look forward to establishing relationships with new community partners and continuing to make meaningful impact in the communities we service. The new offices are located at:

WHAT IS AN ACT OF BRIGHTNESS?
This is a Community Outreach Department initiative created to brighten up the lives of our most vulnerable patients. Through this program, our case managers, nurses, or community partners nominate an ABL patient who may
be experiencing life hardships and could benefit from a joyful surprise. From complete makeovers to surprise apartment remodel projects, our Act of Brightness initiative continues to change our patients’ lives.
