To enrich the lives of people of all ages and abilities by providing positive life experiences and advocacy through distinctive, individualized, quality service.
 WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
BFAIR is a nonprofit human-service agency with programs and residences in Berkshire, Hampden, and Hampshire counties. With a workforce of 240 staff, we are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of 400 individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries. Nationally and state-accredited, BFAIR provides residential, clinical, employment, individual and family support, day habilitation and community-based day services. We strive to be the premier service provider in providing people of all abilities with quality, innovative, and individualized care.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
1. Donate: Your gift provides resources that promote accessibility, create independence, and enhance program resources for individuals with disabilities.
2. Collect Bottles and Cans: Redeem your bottles and cans at our Redemption Center business, which provides employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and reduces your environmental footprint.
3. Host a Drive: You can choose to donate your bottles and cans to BFAIR through a collection drive with your friends, family, and workplace.
4. Shop on AmazonSmile: When you designate BFAIR as your charity of choice, the proceeds of your everyday shopping benefit our programs and services.

$20 Promotes independence and offers unique experiences that are focused on the abilities and interests of each
BFAIR individual, like engaging in artistic expression workshops.
$60 Enhances additional resources and opportunities that BFAIR programs offer such as Social groups focusing on acquisition of daily living skills and experiencing enjoyable activities.
$100 Creates access to activities or personal experiences, whether that is acquiring equipment to enhance mobility or participating in a fun and immersive day trip.
