413Cares Unveils Resource Page for Older Adults

SPRINGFIELD — 413Cares, a community platform that connects residents of Western Mass. to the services they need, recently introduced a new Resource Page for Older Adults, designed to help older adults in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire counties easily find key services and supports as they age.

This list of services — including those centered on aging services, food, housing, aging in place, health and home care, transportation, dementia, digital resources, and veterans — was curated in partnership with the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission and a small advisory group from Western Mass.
