AdCare Hospital Hires Kimberly Nolen-Mott as Director of Care Coordination

WORCESTER — Kimberly Nolen-Mott has joined AdCare Hospital as director of Care Coordination.

“In this newly created position, Ms. Nolen-Mott will oversee case-management and placement services, collaborating with program managers and other staff to enhance our patients’ care experience,” said Susan Hillis, vice president of Clinical Services.

Nolen-Mott has worked as Program Director in Psychiatric Services at Clinton Hospital, as well as director of Psychiatric Services at UMass Memorial Health Systems in Marlborough and director of Clinical Services for Advocates Inc. Outreach Services in Waltham. A licensed independent social worker, she holds a master’s degree in social work from Bridgewater State College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Becker College.
