American Family Care Opens Third Location in North Springfield

SPRINGFIELD — American Family Care (AFC) announced the opening of its third location in North Springfield. The medical facility is located at 1312 Boston Post Road, near Pasco Road, in a former MedExpress location. The AFC North Springfield medical team began seeing patients on March 13. AFC also has locations on Cooley Street in Springfield and Union Street in West Springfield.

Among its services, AFC North Springfield offers physicals, pediatric urgent care, on-site lab testing and vaccinations, state-of-the-art diagnostics, and occupational-health exams. The facility is open seven days a week: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. No appointment is needed.
