AmeriCare Expands and Welcomes Chaban

SPRINGFIELD — AmeriCare, an Epic Health Services company, has expanded into Western Mass. and has hired Jill Chaban as client relations director for its Springfield office, serving all of Western Mass. Chaban has more than six years in business development for home-care agencies, as well as 10 years in pharmaceutical sales.

Chaban and the team will be assisting area facilities to plan patients’ behavioral and medical home-care services. AmeriCare is a full-service agency, also providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work, and home health aides.
