Baystate Health Loyalty Programs to Hold Three Free Virtual Events in October

SPRINGFIELD — Baystate Health’s Loyalty Programs will offer two more free virtual events in October. Both events are open to the general public.

Slated for Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 6 p.m. is “The Good Kind of Fat: Nutritional Fat Facts.” Dina Dugan, a clinical dietitian with Baystate Noble Hospital, will discuss dietary fats: good ones and ones to avoid. Attendees will find out how fats affect health, the best dietary sources, tips for smarter eating, and how to enhance one’s diet. Click here to register.

Next, “Insight on Multiple Sclerosis” will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. Attendees will learn about multiple sclerosis (MS). Dr. James Otis a neurologist with Baystate Neurology will discuss MS, its symptoms, causes, and available treatments to support better diagnosis and management. Click here to register.
