Baystate Health Loyalty Programs to Hold Two Free Events in July

SPRINGFIELD — Baystate Health’s Loyalty Programs will offer two free events in July, beginning with “Winning the Bedtime Battle with Your Sleepless Child” on Monday, July 1 from 6 to 7 p.m. All events are open to the general public and held virtually.

Dr. Richard Zheng, pediatric sleep specialist at Baystate Sleep Medicine, will lead a discussion about what may be keeping a child up at night, as well as some proven techniques to help a restless child and reclaim peaceful slumbers for the whole family.

The second lecture, “The Mediterranean Diet: Eating for Longevity and Vitality,” will be held on Wednesday, July 31 from 6 to 7 p.m. Participants will join Dina Dugan, clinical dietitian at Baystate Noble Hospital, for a discussion that delves into what a Mediterranean diet is, practical meal plans, and embracing a wholesome way of eating.

Registration is required for each session at baystatehealth.org/events.
