Baystate Ob/Gyn Wins Accreditation

SPRINGFIELD — The Ultrasound Practice Council of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) announced that Baystate Ob/Gyn Group is among a number of practices to achieve accreditation in ob/gyn ultrasound.

The Baystate group successfully completed the application process for ob/gyn ultrasound practice accreditation and was awarded accreditation in that area for three years. The accreditation process allows practices that offer ultrasonography to assess their strengths and weaknesses and initiate changes for improving and strengthening their overall operation.

Baystate Ob/Gyn is a private women’s health care practice with four offices in Greater Springfield.
