Baystate’s 140 High Street Health Center to Reopen Dec. 2

SPRINGFIELD  — After flooding in the basement of 140 High St. where Baystate High Street Health Center is located, requiring the temporary relocation of all adult and pediatric medical services to other locations, the 140 High Street location will reopen today, Dec. 2.

Baystate continues to reach out to patients and families with scheduled appointments to confirm times and locations. For questions or to make an appointment, adult patients can call (413) 794-2511, or for pediatric appointment scheduling questions, call (413) 794-2515.

Baystate High Street Health Center, located at 140 High St., Springfield, is a full-service health center staffed by physicians, nurse practitioners, and other health care professionals providing comprehensive primary care for adults over age 18, and children to age 18.
