Benchmark Senior Living Named a Top Workplace by Fortune Magazine
WALTHAM — Benchmark Senior Living announced that, once again, it has been named to Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine’s 2025 Best Large Workplaces in Aging Services list. The list ranked Benchmark 15th nationally out of all large senior housing and care providers. The company was also recertified as a Great Place to Work for the eighth straight year.
“Benchmark has exemplified excellence in senior living for nearly 30 years. The reason is without question: our associates,” said Tom Grape, founder, chairman, and CEO of Benchmark. “We know that the best resident experiences — those that truly transform lives — are provided by professionals who feel fulfilled, appreciated, and encouraged to grow. Our associates continuously raise the bar and surpass expectations of residents and loved ones because they are part of the fabric of each community.”
In addition to offering a wide range of benefits, inclusion, incentive, recognition, and associate appreciation programs, Benchmark is known for its many career development opportunities provided by Benchmark University. The Benchmark One Company Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization, is there for associates in times of need when they can’t purchase the necessities of life or meet the contingencies created by an emergency.
