Berkshire Heart & Mind Therapy to Host Grand Opening, Ribbon Cutting on April 30
PITTSFIELD — Berkshire Heart & Mind Therapy will host its grand opening and ribbon cutting on Thursday, April 30 from 3 to 7 p.m. at its new office located at 34 Depot St., Suite 303, Pittsfield.
The event is open to the public and will include a ribbon cutting ceremony, tours of the new therapy space, opportunities to meet the executive director and team, and family‑friendly activities. Light refreshments will be available.
Berkshire Heart & Mind Therapy is a group private practice offering trauma‑informed, inclusive mental health services for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors. The practice provides in‑person therapy in Berkshire County and telehealth services throughout Massachusetts, expanding access to care for individuals and families statewide.
Founder and Executive Director Colleen Passetto, a licensed independent clinical social worker, is a lifelong Berkshire County resident whose family history reflects more than seven decades of civic engagement, public service, and community advocacy in Pittsfield.
In 2025, she was a finalist for a seat on the Hinsdale School Committee, and continues to serve the region through her leadership roles in the National Assoc. of Social Workers, including her position as the Berkshire County delegate assembly representative and her active membership on the legislative action committee, the political action committee for candidate election, and the mental health & substance use shared interest group.
