Best of Care Unveils New Brand Identity

SPRINGFIELD — Best of Care, a provider of in-home and community-based care, announced the launch of its refreshed brand identity. The rebrand features a new logo and a unified look designed to bring all services together under one name, creating greater clarity and consistency for clients, families, and professional partners.

While the company’s appearance has evolved, its mission remains unchanged: to deliver compassionate, reliable care that empowers individuals to live independently and with confidence at home and in their communities. The company services clients across Massachusetts, from Northampton and Springfield to Boston and Nantucket, as well as Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Under the updated brand, Best of Care’s full range of services is now clearly represented, including private home care, from short visits to 24-hour support; private nursing services; care management and consulting to guide care decisions; move management and estate support services to ease transitions; homemaking and companionship; and specialized caregiver support for memory care and chronic conditions.

“This rebrand is about clarity and connection,” said Kevin Smith, president and CEO of Best of Care. “We want our partners and the families we serve to easily understand the scope of what we offer and to feel confident knowing that Best of Care provides a full continuum of trusted support.”

The updated identity reflects Best of Care’s growth and its ongoing dedication to meeting the evolving needs of those it serves. The refreshed materials, including a new logo and service overview, are now available for professionals and families seeking care resources.
