BFAIR Promotes Kris Neep to Director of Community Based Day Services
NORTH ADAMS — BFAIR promoted Kris Neep to director of Community Based Day Services (CBDS). Serving as assistant director for the past three years, Neep’s leadership experience and day-program expertise have proven pivotal in the restructuring of the agency’s day habilitation programs and management of the expansion of its CBDS program.
Neep has been with BFAIR for 26 years, working in various programs, including day habilitation; employment services; and residential, family, and individual support.
“Due to her length of service, Kris has gained a wealth of knowledge about providing quality services for people with disabilities as well as national and state licensure and accreditation,” said Ethel Altiery, chief operations officer. “She has trained countless direct-support professionals and is a key role model and advocate for people served by BFAIR. I am excited to work with Kris as director of CBDS. She has been pivotal in the continued growth of our community-based day program over the past two years, and I anticipate further professional development in this new position.”
