BFAIR Promotes Rebecca Ritcher to Onboarding and Employee Relations Specialist

NORTH ADAMS — BFAIR promoted Rebecca Ritcher to Onboarding and Employee Relations specialist.

Ritcher, who began with BFAIR in 2018 as a direct support professional, has dedicated her career to providing quality service and support to the individuals BFAIR serves. In 2023, she achieved her aPHR (associate professional human resource) certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute.

As part of her new role, Ritcher will oversee the entire staff onboarding process and align her goals to support the agency’s overall strategic plan. In addition, she will help the agency hire talented and qualified team members and continue to support all areas of human resources.

“Rebecca has worked hard to further her career and education within the agency, assuming the role of HR generalist in 2021,” said Michelle Baity, senior vice president of Human Resources. “She is truly an asset to the agency.”
