Canvas Painting Event on Dec. 14 to Benefit NAMI-WM

CHICOPEE — A “Let It Snow” paint fundraiser will benefit the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Western Massachusetts (NAMI-WM). The event will take place at the Rumbleseat in Chicopee on Wednesday, Dec. 14 from 7 to 9 p.m. Come early to have dinner, or enjoy half-priced appetizers during the event.

The $35 cost includes all materials to paint a 16-by-20-inch canvas to take home. Register in advance by clicking here.

NAMI-WM is the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental-health organization. NAMI-WM provides advocacy, education, support, and public awareness so all individuals and families affected by mental-health conditions can build better lives.

As all of its programs are free to the public, this event will directly benefit its continuing efforts to help improve the lives of those individuals living with mental-health conditions and their families.
