CDH Orthopedic Surgeon to Discuss Causes, Treatments of Shoulder Pain
NORTHAMPTON — Orthopedic and sports-medicine physician Dr. Jonathan Fallon will present “Weight Off Your Shoulders: Protecting and Healing the Body’s Most Vulnerable Joint” on Monday, May 18, at 6 p.m. in the Dakin Conference Room at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
In this free lecture, Fallon will explain common orthopedic conditions, systemic diseases, and mechanical problems that can lead to shoulder pain. Attendees will learn about preventive measures as well as the many effective treatment options, surgical and non-surgical, available to patients today. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions to the lecture.
Fellowship-trained in sports medicine and arthroscopy, Fallon is chief of Orthopedic Surgery at Cooley Dickinson Hospital and practices at Cooley Dickinson Medical Group Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in West Hatfield. The practice also has locations in Belchertown, Amherst (UMass), and Greenfield.
