Child Care of the Berkshires Promotes Christen Romanick

NORTH ADAMS — Child Care of the Berkshires (CCB) recently promoted Christen Romanick to the role of program manager of Family Support Programs. She will oversee the ParentChild+, Healthy Families, Parenting Partnership, and Family Center programs.

Romanick was previously the program director of Northern Berkshire ParentChild+ and ParentChild+ for Family Child Care. She has worked at CCB since 2017, and her passion is for partnering with caregivers to help children thrive. She loves collaborating with staff to offer high-quality programming that strengthens families and empowers parents. She has a bachelor’s degree from Williams College and a master of social work degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
