Conca Sport & Fitness to Host Team Training Event on Dec. 22

WEST SPRINGFIELD — Sarah Apgar, an Iraq veteran, volunteer firefighter, All-American Rugby Player, and founder of FitFighter, will run a team training event in collaboration with Conca Sport & Fitness on Sunday, Dec. 22 from 9 to 10 a.m. Company owner Steve Conca is opening his doors to the public to get involved and share the experience.

Originally designed for firefighters, adapted for gyms, and most recently performed for ESPN at the Women & Sports Summit in Newport Beach, Calif., this group fitness experience with exclusive Steelhose weights is designed by world-class coaches and delivered like a rock concert.
