Cooley Dickinson Offers Advanced Cardiac Life Support Recertification
NORTHAMPTON — Cooley Dickinson Hospital announced 2019 dates for its advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) course for healthcare professionals who direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies.
The class is open to first responders, emergency nurses, and doctors, as well as others who need an ACLS course completion card to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. The one-day course runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates: Jan. 3, Jan. 30, March 7, May 2, May 30, June 12, Sept. 11, Oct. 23, and Nov. 7. It is held in the hospital’s Dakin Conference Room. The course fee is $175.
