Cooley Dickinson to Host Community Health Needs Assessment Forum

NORTHAMPTON — Creating healthy communities requires input from those who live there. For that reason, Cooley Dickinson Health Care invites local residents to a Community Health Needs Assessment Forum on Thursday, June 20 from 5 to 7 pm in the Dakin Conference Room at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.

A light supper will be available from 5 to 5:30 p.m., and the program begins at 5:15 p.m. and will conclude by 7 p.m.

Topics to be discussed include an overview of the health-assessment process and a review of data, including statistics and focus group and interview results. Participants will also work in small groups to establish priorities and possible strategies to improve health.
