Dr. Dawn Brooks Joins Oncology Team at BMC Cancer Center

PITTSFIELD — Berkshire Health Systems announced the appointment of Dr. Dawn Brooks, fellowship-trained medical oncologist, to the medical staff of Berkshire Medical Center (BMC) and the physician staff of Berkshire Hematology Oncology.

Brooks is accepting new patients in need of oncology care, and joins a team of experienced specialists at the BMC Cancer Center. She is partnered with Drs. Michael DeLeo, Harvey Zimbler, Trevor Bayliss, and Paul Rosenthal at Berkshire Hematology Oncology.

Brooks is board-certified in internal medicine and fellowship-trained in medical oncology from Oregon Health and Science University. She received her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed her residency in internal medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire. She also has a PhD in molecular biology from Princeton University.
