Fallon Health Announces Applications Open for 2025 Community Impact Grants

WORCESTER — Fallon Health announced the opening of the application period for its Community Impact Grants funding. A total of $100,000 is available to support community-based programs that align with the not-for-profit healthcare services organization’s funding priorities. For 2025, these include addressing access to food and nutrition, eliminating barriers for older adults, and emphasizing early interventions for children and youth.

Eligible organizations are encouraged to apply for funding to support initiatives that make a meaningful impact in these critical areas. The deadline for applications is Tuesday, April 28 at 5 p.m. Final decisions will be made and applicants notified in September.

“We’re committed to improving the health and well-being of our communities and have awarded over $2.5 million to local organizations since 2004,” said Cheryl Schmaltz, Community Engagement manager. “These grants are vital to our mission, and we look forward to partnering with like-minded organizations to eliminate barriers to healthcare and enhance health outcomes.”
