Greater Springfield Senior Services Promotes Tamara Delgado Ramos

SPRINGFIELD — Greater Springfield Senior Services Inc. (GSSSI) recently promoted Tamara Delgado Ramos to Consumer-directed Services program director. In her new role, she will oversee the Personal Care Management, Consumer-directed Care, and One Care programs at GSSSI.

Delgado-Ramos has been an employee of GSSSI for the past eight years and previously served as a Senior Care Options team supervisor. She is a vocal advocate for her team and the consumers they serve. She is also a juris doctor candidate at Western New England University School of Law.

Greater Springfield Senior Services, founded in 1972, is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to maintaining quality of life for older adults, caregivers, and people living with disabilities. This mission is achieved through the provision of programs and services that foster independence, dignity, safety, and peace of mind.
