Hearing Health Info Session Slated
LONGMEADOW — Blake Audiology Clinic, located on the Willie Ross School for the Deaf campus in Longmeadow, will host a free community “Hearing Health” info session and presentation today at 10 a.m., 104 Nevins Ave., Longmeadow.
A light breakfast will be served. The session is open to all ages.
At the event, Dr. Kathryn Siu, Blake Audiology Clinic’s clinical audiologist, will share information about managing hearing health care, hearing aids, and options for those experiencing hearing loss. The free information session will also offer an opportunity for attendees to set up an appointment at the clinic on-site.
The Blake Audiology Clinic, a community and family audiology clinic, is open to the general public and serves all ages from two years and older. The clinic offers comprehensive hearing health care and management by licensed clinical audiologists, in a comfortable, accessible setting on the Willie Ross School for the Deaf campus in Longmeadow. The clinic accepts most insurances and is open for public appointments.
Siu, who has been at the Blake Audiology Clinic since 2023, earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Washington University in St. Louis. She also holds a bachelor of Health Science degree with a concentration in Communication Disorders from Stockton University, and completed her 4th Year Externship at the American School for the Deaf.
