HMC Names Respiratory Care Manager

HOLYOKE — Rani Silver of Leverett has been appointed manager of the Respiratory Care Department at Holyoke Medical Center.

Silver has 20 years of experience in the health care field, providing comprehensive administration for a wide range of clinical services.

Since 1989, she has been manager/clinical coordinator of Cardiopulmonary Services at Athol Memorial Hospital in Athol.

Silver holds an associate of science degree in Respiratory Care from Springfield Technical Community College, where she made the national Deans list with a 4.0 GPA. She was also voted most valuable student by the college’s Respiratory Therapy faculty. She also has a bachelor of arts degree in English, cum laude, from New York University in New York City.
