Holyoke Medical Center Announces Board Leadership Changes
HOLYOKE — Holyoke Medical Center (HMC) recently welcomed leadership change and a new member to its board of directors. Tricia Koss is now chair of the board, Mike Marcotte is vice chair, and Dan McIntire has been welcomed as a new board member.
“We appreciate the time, dedication, and insight each of these board members brings to assist in guiding the decisions of our community hospital,” said Spiros Hatiras, president and CEO of Holyoke Medical Center and Valley Health Systems Inc. “Their collective leadership, experience, and dedication to our community are greatly valued.”
Koss has been a member of the HMC board since 2016. She is an experienced officer/attorney with Fletcher Tilton P.C. Her areas of expertise include commercial and residential real estate, financing, and corporate and business law. She also serves as chair of the Gándara human rights committee. She previously practiced law in Holyoke for 11 years.
Marcotte has been a member of the HMC board of directors since 2019, where he also serves on the nominating committee, investment committee, and compensation committee. He is the third-generation dealer principal/president of Marcotte Ford, and his areas of expertise include the auto industry and community service. Marcotte also resides on the board of directors of the New England Ford Dealer Advertising Fund (representing the Boston Region), is one of 10 dealers in the nation to reside on the Ford Model e Unbridled Committee for Ford’s newest division of electric vehicles, and is a former board member of the Holyoke Boys & Girls Club.
McIntire is a banking-center manager at PeoplesBank. His areas of expertise include finance, banking, budgeting, and investing. He is currently in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and has more than 16 years of military service. He is also a former member of the West Springfield Rotary Club and the West of the River Chamber of Commerce, where he served on multiple committees.
