Holyoke Medical Center Receives Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award

HOLYOKE — Holyoke Medical Center announced it has been named a 2025 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey, a global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country based on clinical quality performance.

Award winners were judged against a set of rigorous, data-driven criteria. Criteria are reviewed, updated, and published each year and reflect updated standards across the care continuum.
