Holyoke Medical Center Relocates All COVID-19 Testing to Main Hospital Campus
HOLYOKE — Holyoke Medical Center (HMC) has relocated all COVID-19 testing to the main campus of the hospital. COVID-19 testing will not be available at 1964 Memorial Dr. in Chicopee or 140 Southampton Road in Westfield until further notice.
People looking to be tested should follow the posted signage on the hospital campus to the HMC Auxiliary Conference Center. They should then call the number listed on the parking signs from their car when they arrive at the hospital, and remain in their car until asked to enter the facility to be tested.
PCR testing is currently unavailable at this location. Other molecular and antigen tests, which are approved by the state of Massachusetts, will be performed. Test results currently take up to one day to be provided. Results can be accessed through the hospital’s online patient portal as soon as the results are available.
COVID-19 testing is available at Holyoke Medical Center Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Note that routine outpatient COVID-19 testing will not be provided in the HMC Emergency Department. People looking to be tested for COVID-19 at Holyoke Medical Center should go to the HMC Auxiliary Conference Center during the operating hours listed above.
