HospiceCare in the Berkshires to Offer ‘New to Grief’ Workshop

ADAMS — HospiceCare in the Berkshires will offer a grief support group on Wednesday, Nov. 1 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Adams Council on Aging, located within the Adams Visitors Center, 3 Hoosac St., Adams.

“New to Grief” is offered for anyone who has experienced a loss of a family member or friend. Registration is preferred; to sign up, call the HCIB Bereavement Coordinator at (413) 443-2994. The support group is free and open to the public.

HospiceCare in the Berkshires Inc. is a nonprofit organization with 35 years of experience providing compassionate end-of-life care. Services include ensuring patient comfort, managing symptoms, providing personal care and companionship, respite care, and end-of-life planning. It also offers counseling services to help anyone in the community through the grieving process.
