HospiceCare Offers Support Group for Loss Due to Substance Abuse
PITTSFIELD — HospiceCare in the Berkshires and the Berkshire Medical Center Pastoral Care Department will host a monthly support group for those who have lost a loved one to substance abuse or addiction. The group will meet the second Monday of each month, beginning June 12, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Berkshire Medical Center Chapel.

HospiceCare in the Berkshires is a nonprofit organization with more than 35 years of experience providing compassionate end-of-life care. Services include ensuring patient comfort, managing symptoms, providing personal care and companionship, respite care, and end-of-life planning. It also offers counseling services to help anyone in the community through the grieving process.
