Kate’s Kitchen to Expand Services to Dinner Due to Increased Demand

HOLYOKE — Beginning Monday, June 26, Kate’s Kitchen, a program of Providence Ministries, will begin offering dinner service to the community due to increasing needs surrounding hunger and other current economic barriers.

Kate’s Kitchen, located at 51 Hamilton St. in Holyoke, has been serving meals to the greater Holyoke area and the Pioneer Valley since 1980 and currently serves more than 200 people daily. Dine-in service hours are Monday through Friday, noon to 1 p.m. for lunch and 5-6 p.m. for dinner, as well as to-go meals during lunch hours over the weekend.
