Keystone Commons Wins Best of Assisted Living Award
LUDLOW — Keystone Commons was presented with a 2015 Best of Assisted Living Award for receiving consistently high ratings from residents and their families in the past year on SeniorAdvisor.com, a ratings and reviews site for senior care and services nationwide.
Now in its second year, the SeniorAdvisor.com Best of 2015 Awards celebrates the best in senior living across the U.S. The award is given only to communities that have received outstanding online feedback from their residents and families through the website. Selection criteria included an average overall rating of at least 4.5 stars and reaching a minimum number of reviews. Of the nearly 100,000 providers currently listed on SeniorAdvisor.com, only 879 were recognized with this award, placing them in the top 1{06cf2b9696b159f874511d23dbc893eb1ac83014175ed30550cfff22781411e5} of senior-care providers nationwide according to residents and their families who use the site.
“We appreciate that we’ve received such positive feedback from residents and their families, and we are grateful SeniorAdvisor.com has recognized Keystone Commons as the best of the best in senior living,” said Kelly Sostre, executive director of Keystone Commons. “This award, and the fact that Keystone Commons consistently ranks among the top communities in the country in terms of occupancy, speaks directly to the exceptional care and service we provide on a daily basis.”
Eric Seifert, the website’s president, added that “SeniorAdvisor.com aims to help families research and locate reliable, first-hand feedback on senior-care options from residents and families who have gone through the same experience. We are proud to celebrate the exceptional businesses who care for our greatest generation and older loved ones, and provide these organizations with the recognition they deserve. These businesses are committed to providing the best care possible to their residents, and they’ve set a high bar of quality for other senior-care providers to follow.”
