| SPRINGFIELD — On June 26, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., representatives from Keystone Senior, LLC, local dignitaries, and members of the greater Springfield community will gather for a celebratory ‘construction progress party’ at Keystone Woods, the region’s newest senior living community. The party will take place on the 17-acre site at 942 Grayson Dr., Springfield.
The public is invited to attend the event, which will feature elegant fare and live music under the tent, rain or shine. The event is free, but guests are asked to RSVP to (413) 426-9868 to reserve a seat due to the large turnout anticipated for the event.
Keystone Woods is a $20 million project scheduled to open in late September 2005 and will offer a total of 97 independent living apartments and 92 assisted living apartments. Keystone Woods will feature lovely, well-designed independent living apartments at The Gardens Independent Living Community; apartment-style assisted living accommodations at Grayson House Assisted Living Residence; and a distinct specialized care wing that will provide memory enhancement services for a limited number of residents.
Keystone Woods has been generating a tremendous amount of interest with approximately 50{06cf2b9696b159f874511d23dbc893eb1ac83014175ed30550cfff22781411e5} of the independent living apartments already reserved, as well as about 25{06cf2b9696b159f874511d23dbc893eb1ac83014175ed30550cfff22781411e5} of the assisted living apartments. |
