Kimball Farms Life Care to Host Presentation on Downsizing Homes

LENOX — Kimball Farms Life Care will host a real-estate panel discussion for seniors on Friday, March 22 from 10 to 11 a.m. on its campus at 235 Walker St., Lenox.

“Is It Time to Lifesize? Navigating the Real-estate Market While It’s Hot” will teach attendees how to make the real-estate market work for them, with advice from a panel of experts. The president and CEO of Berkshire will discuss the local real-estate landscape, including how interest rates are impacting the market, and an estate-sale specialist will offer downsizing tips for peace of mind after the sale.
