LIVESTRONG at the YMCA Dinner Slated for Nov. 8

WILBRAHAM — The 2018 annual LIVESTRONG at the YMCA Dinner will take place on Thursday, Nov. 8 at the Country Club of Wilbraham, starting at 5:30 p.m. The evening will include dinner, guest speakers, entertainment, and an auction and raffle prizes.

The YMCA offers LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a 12-week, small-group personal-training program designed to help those affected by cancer attain or regain functional fitness by focusing on endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance. Since 2010, 540 people have graduated from the YMCA of Greater Springfield’s LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program. The organization has been able to provide this program at no cost because of the generosity of individuals along with community and corporate support.
