Louis & Clark Pharmacy to Host Grand Opening and Ribbon-cutting Ceremony on Sept. 12
SPRINGFIELD — Louis & Clark Pharmacy owners Skip Matthews and Kara James announced a grand-opening ceremony at their new, state-of-the-art, long-term-care pharmacy will be held on Thursday, Sept. 12 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony slated for 5 p.m.
This larger facility, located at 155 Brookdale Dr. in Springfield, allows for innovative medication solutions and continued excellence in customer service. “We’ve built our reputation by continually adapting to the needs of our customers, while helping patients maintain their independence and quality of life,” the owners said.
State Reps. Brian Ashe and Jose Tosado will be present, along with local community healthcare leaders from long-term-care facilities, group homes, senior services, and senior centers.
Louis & Clark Pharmacy has been a neighborhood fixture in Springfield since 1965. Today, its vision of serving the local community has not changed. Its leading product, MediBubble, is a prepacked pill organizer that helps patients safely manage what prescriptions they take and when they take them, delivered to their door.
The pharmacy’s steady growth, the owners note, is a result of both a commitment to providing the most up-to-date healthcare solutions and understanding the needs of healthcare providers, caregivers, and patients.
