Massachusetts Institute for Community Health Leadership Recruiting Applicants
BOSTON — The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation is recruiting applicants for the 12th cohort of emerging leaders for the Massachusetts Institute for Community Health Leadership (MICHL) program that begins in September.
The goal of MICHL is to help participants increase their own personal impact, strengthen their effectiveness in their organization, enhance the organization’s influence in the healthcare system, and understand effective leadership in the context of health inequities and racism.
MICHL has a list of more than 190 health and healthcare related alumni from across the state. The program and its alumni network are invaluable resources to those who are selected to take part in the cohort.
Anyone interested in learning more about MICHL, or who may be thinking about applying but is not quite sure how this nine-month long program can help them in their role, is invited to attend one of two Zoom MICHL information sessions to learn more, ask questions, and hear from recent participants.
