MHA Volunteers to Place Flags on Veterans’ Graves at St. Michael’s Cemetery

SPRINGFIELD — Today, Nov. 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., MHA as an agency is placing American flags on the graves of veterans buried at St. Michael’s Cemetery, 1601 State St., Springfield.

“Americans owe so much to those who have served in our military, and MHA is proud to acknowledge the service of departed veterans through the simple yet meaningful act of placing flags on their graves,” said Kimberley Lee, vice president of Resource Development & Branding for MHA. “Those in attendance are volunteering for this opportunity to honor those who have served.”
