Miller Joins BMC Emergency Dept.

PITTSFIELD — Berkshire Medical Center (BMC) announced that Katie J. Miller, M.D., an emergency medicine physician, has been appointed to the BMC Emergency Department.
Miller is certified in advanced trauma and cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, fundamentals of critical care support, and neonatal advanced life support.

She joined the Emergency Dept. in July.

Miller recently completed her residency in emergency medicine at Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Del. Over the past year, she has also served as
an emergency medicine physician in Wilmington, Del.

With a bachelor of science degree in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania, Miller earned her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
