MiraVista Expands Hours for Top Talent Tuesday

HOLYOKE — MiraVista Behavioral Health Center announced the expansion of its Top Talent Tuesday hiring event, now running from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. every Tuesday in March, providing even more opportunities for nurses to explore careers in behavioral health. This extended schedule allows busy nursing professionals the flexibility to meet with MiraVista’s nursing leadership, participate in on-the-spot interviews, and even receive same-day hiring decisions.

With a growing demand for mental-health services for both adults and adolescents, MiraVista is committed to strengthening its team of nurses who play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. The organization is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for qualified nursing candidates, recognizing the invaluable contributions of top nursing professionals in behavioral health.

“As the demand for mental-health services continues to rise, MiraVista remains at the forefront of providing innovative, patient-centered care for individuals facing mental-health challenges and substance’use disorders,” said Coreen Lord, MiraVista’s director of Talent Acquisition. “Top Talent Tuesday offers nurses a direct pathway to becoming part of a team that values clinical excellence, professional growth, and a strong sense of purpose in the work they do.”

Lord added that nurses are the heart of patient care, and their impact extends far beyond clinical responsibilities. “At MiraVista, we foster a positive, supportive environment where nurses are empowered to make a difference every day. By extending our Top Talent Tuesday hours, we hope to connect with even more nurses looking for a career that is both professionally and personally fulfilling.”
