New England School of Addiction and Prevention Studies Slated for June 3-6
WORCESTER — Greg Williams, recovery leader and producer of the film The Anonymous People, will deliver the keynote, “Bridges from our History: A Look at the History of the Addiction Recovery, Treatment and Prevention Field,” at the New England School of Addiction and Prevention Studies on June 3-6 at Worcester State University.
With nearly 100 courses covering a wide variety of current treatment, recovery, and prevention topics, New England Summer School, as it’s commonly known, is celebrating its 50th-anniversary year. Coursework is designed for new substance-use-disorder counselors, seasoned counselors, prevention specialists, recovery coaches, organizers, criminal-justice professionals, agency administrators, and all who encounter substance-use disorders in their work.
