PITTSFIELD — Berkshire Medical Center (BMC) recently announced the appointment of David E. Henner, D.O. to the hospital’s medical staff. Dr. Henner, a Nephrologist, joins David Albert, M.D., Stephen Nelson, D.O. and Henry Rose, M.D. in providing nephrology services to patients from throughout the Berkshire region from their practice located in the Renal Dialysis Unit at BMC.
Board-certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Henner relocated to the Berkshires after serving with a private nephrology practice in Philadelphia. He is fellowship trained in Nephrology from New York University and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Henner underwent his medical residency training at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He has a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Henner is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Society of Nephrology, American Medical Association, American College of Osteopathic Internists and American Osteopathic Association. |
